About The Event

💙💛 Congratulations, Unbreakable!  We are recruiting volunteers for training in PTSD psychotherapy methods for further work on supporting and restoring the mental health of military personnel and victims of armed aggression.

This is the first module of the program, where you will receive basic information and skills necessary for working in a mobile group: 

🔹Peculiarities of communication and cognitive techniques taking into account the "Rules of Battle" (a set of beliefs that are acquired during hostilities and can interfere in civilian life) 

🔹Symptoms of PTSD and GSR by groups  

🔹Coordinating various therapeutic methods during work  

🔹Using the scale of emotional tones during consultation 

🔹Stable state training techniques 

🔹Working out traumatic situations "Cleaning" and elements of EMDR 

🔹Protocol of work in a stressful situation 

🔹What to do after experienced stress, based on research by Neil Greenberg (Great Britain)  

Our center has trained more than 1,000 counselors in dealing with loss, phobias, PTSD treatment and prevention. 27 mobile groups have been formed, which are already working in 23 cities of Ukraine, as well as in Great Britain. Periodically, volunteers go to the front lines to provide psychological assistance to military personnel. More than 100 trips to military units, hospitals and places of settlement of internally displaced persons. Thousands of successful consultations that helped people survive the horrors of war and saved them from psychological consequences.  Also, our Atlant Support Center has launched an online project - military personnel, as well as civilians affected by the war, can use the Telegram bot to submit an application and receive help from our consultants. ❗️Notify everyone for whom this is important❗️

All collected funds will be sent to provide psychological assistance to military personnel and their families.  

So, this is basic training for working in mobile groups, and in the following two-day modules you will receive information and skills for full-fledged long-term rehabilitation. Topics of the following modules: 

🔸Cognitive techniques in working with trauma: CBT and NLPt 

🔸In-depth techniques for working through traumatic situations "Cleansing", EMDR, NLPt 

🔸Hypnotherapy during rehabilitation: non-directive methods of work 

🔸Hypnotherapy during rehabilitation: directive methods of work 

🔸In-depth work with parts of the DST psyche 

🔸Basics of group therapy Dates and conditions of participation will be announced separately.  

📚 Andriy Omelchenko will teach 

🔹Certified PTSD treatment and prevention trainer, according to US standards, as well as business trainer, NLP trainer from "META International Inc" PhD Frank R. Pucelik (USA);  

🔹trainer with TRiM, British Army standards, from "March on Stress" PhD Neil Greenberg   (Great Britain); 🔸certified business coach of EUI international qualification, PhD Meralin Atkinson (Canada); 

🔸in the graduate school of the NPUU named after M.P. Dragomanov, he is working on a candidate's thesis on the topic of treatment and prevention of PTSD in the military.  

❤️ Requirements for candidates:   — positive attitude, moral stability, well-developed communication skills; — active life position and desire to help long-term on a volunteer basis.  In the future, employment is possible.
